Questions and Answers Regarding our Service:
In all of our worship services we sing, pray, hear the word of the Lord, and hear about God’s work in our lives. Our worship typically includes a mix of traditional hymns and contemporary worship songs in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Our worship services are made up of people of all ages who worship together. So come, just as you are, and join us!
Everyone begins worship together in the sanctuary. A short while into the service children through 8th grade leave for a program designed specifically for them. We utilize a one room Sunday school model with the Celebrate Wonder Curriculum from Cokesbury. For children under 3, we have a nursery/playroom where children are safe and cared for while learning simple Bible stories.
At WRCC, we do not have a set dress code. Some members involved with the service may be formally dressed, but our congregation typically comes in less formal attire. We encourage you to wear what you are most comfortable attending in!
Coffee Hour, which takes place immediately following the service, offers a time of fellowship and connection for our congregation. Coffee Hour is completely optional, but we hope you can join us for some coffee & treats!

Yes! From time to time, we offer Adult Sunday School, which takes place prior to our main service, from 9:00 to approximately 9:45 a.m.
While we hope you can join us in person for service Sunday morning, we do stream our services for those who are unable to attend in person.

Weekly Bible Studies
Grow deeper in your faith and understanding of God’s Word by joining our weekly Bible studies!
We offer a few sessions throughout the week:
- Mondays at 6:00 pm | Study for women. Hosted by Julie Lutz at the church. Includes dinner.
- Tuesdays at 10:00 am | Study for men & women. Hosted by Dottie Davis in Wading River. Refreshments are included.
- Wednesdays at 7:00 pm | Study for men & women. Hosted by the pastor at the church. Refreshments are included.
